With the help of the post about Glo 4G LTE service published at yesterday, you should have known by now if the Glo 4G LTE network is available in your area and I believed that we are all delighted with the announcement due to the fact that we can still be able to flex with Glo's cheap and affordable data bundles as all their plans works with the 4G LTE network.

The next step is to activate your SIM or mobile phone for Glo 4G network, which is similar to the way MTN 4G is activated.

To Activate Glo 4G LTE Nework 

• First of all, make sure you have a 4G LTE enabled device. 
• Then, go to the nearby Glo office and buy a new 4G LTE SIM, get it registered or simply swap your normal Glo sim for a 4G LTE sim. 
• Once it has been successfully swapped, dial *777# to get any of the 4G available plans.
  

The Glo 4G LTE sim will work on Glo 4G router or any Universal MiFi available to you, but it will not work on a normal 3G Modem. You can also connect your 4G enabled smartphone via hotspot to your PC.

Glo has made it easier for you to know if your phone is compatible with their 4G LTE network, just text 4G to 400 and you'll receive a message telling you if its compatible or not.

Then you follow the settings below.

APN Settings

Launch Psiphon Handler, in the handler menu:  

• Front Query: redirect.global.com
• Back Query: %3a@redirect.glo.com
• Proxy Server Type: Real Host
• Proxy Server: redirect.glo.com
• Real Proxy Server Type: default
• Port: 8080
• Hit the Save button
• Immediately you click save, a pop up message will appear requesting to use Tunnel whole device, just tap on the option to Tunnel Whole Device and it will take you to the next phase
• Choose the Option Menu
• Under this Option menu, you will see Select Region, tap and select  Netherlands  

• Go to your More Option settings and untick connect through HTTP Proxy
• Go back now to the main page of the QueenCee VPN and tap the start button below, wait for few seconds for it to Connect. Then, fire up any browser and any other apps.

Here is another Glo working setting, if the first one doesn't work for you, try this; 

• Tick Remove Port
• Proxy Type: Real host
• Proxy Server: redirect.glo.com
• Real Proxy Type: Default or HTTP
• Real Proxy Port: 80
• Hit the Save button
• Immediately you click save, a pop up message will appear requesting to use Tunnel whole device, just tap on the option to Tunnel Whole Device and it will take you to the next phase
• Choose the Option Menu
• Under this Option menu, you will see Select Region, tap and select  United State  

• Go to your More Option settings and untick connect through HTTP Proxy
• Go back now to the main page of the Psiphon A+ Pro and tap the ON button below, wait for few seconds for it to Connect. Then, fire up any browser and any other apps.

• After unlocking, use Real Host as proxy type and then clear the click.php in the proxy server and replace with blackberryid.blackberry.com
• Click on Save
• Go to SETTINGS and untick connect through Http Proxy
•  Then go back to HOME and click on CONNECT

Step 4. ACTIVATE
Then go to message and send Dlite to 399 and you would be charged 70naira reboot your phone again as its normal for bb services then put ur data on nd open your psiphon and connect it should connect within 1minute or you can use this codes:

HOW TO USE GLO-BIS ON YOUR ANDROID DEVICE

Note: It's not a must for you to root your your phone before you can change it's IMEI, the below method of changing IMEI can work for all android without rooting it, but rooting your phone will make you enjoy your phone the fullest.

Step 1. First of all, you need 15 Digits Blackberry Generated IMEI. Simply download BBGEN. latest version here, to generate
Step 2. Also download and install MTK Engineering Mode from play store.
Step 3. Open it and click on Mtk settings
Step 4. Then wipe your screen to left site to see Connectivity  options.
Step 5. Scroll down to CDS Information and tap on it.

Step 6. Then, look for Radio Information, tap on it and you'll see something like:
Phone1 -
Phone2 -.

Step 7. Click on phone 1. If you want to change your sim1 or sim2.
Step 8. You will see AT+
Step 9. Type any letter in the search box after AT+ and delete the letter you typed and then, choose;

For Phone 1:
“AT+EGMR=1,7,”YOUR NEW IMEI NO” (make sure you put a space between AT+ EGMR)

For Phone 2:
“AT+EGMR=1,10,”YOUR NEW IMEI NO” (make sure you put a between space AT+ EGMR)
Note that you are to put a space after + not before + as show below;
AT+ EGMR=1,10,”YOUR NEW IMEI NO"

Step 10. After that, select SEND AT COMMAND. You will see a message "AT Command Msent"

Step 11. Close everything and restart your phone, then dial *#06# to view your new IMEI.
Step 12. Now, configure the APN of your Smartphone with blackberry . net and activate it as your default setting. You can then subscribe to Glo Bis by dialing *777*21# or text COMONTH to 777 for just N1,400 Initially was 1,000and you are good to enjoy Glo Bis on your device


Note that Changing of IMEI is illegal in some countries, and Android Lodge will not be held responsible for any consequences that befall the changer.
Also, backup your original imei incase anything goes wrong, then reverts using the above procedures for changing.
